Instructional Learning Rounds (ILR) – collaborative classroom observation
Annette facilitates a practice of observing learning; Instructional Learning Rounds, Learning Walks and Lesson study and manages @iroundsnsw. IR connects educators to develop a shared, continuous practice of observing, collaborating, discussing, analysing learning and the impact of teaching.

Leading for Impact
Since 2018 Annette has been facilitating the Wingara leadership practice for over 40 current and aspiring leaders across six schools. The next Leading for Impact, Aspiring Leadership program is commencing on Monday 2 September . This consists of 5 workshops, once a term and 4 online coaching/mentoring conversations.
