Annette Udall is a leading educator in building leadership capacity and designing innovative professional learning initiatives to improve student learning. She currently facilitates classroom observations, including Instructional Learning Rounds in over 20 schools. In 2019 she is leading global collaboration with teachers and leaders engaging in International Learning observations in India (July); Cambodia and Vietnam (January 2020) partnering with Pay it Forward Tours In addition, Annette is leading a group of Principals to observe Instructional Learning Rounds in Louisville, Kentucky, October 2019.

Annetteā€™s school leadership background includes 21 years as a school principal and two years as Principal, School Leadership within the NSW Department of Education. In this role Annette designed and presented workshops on the Australian Professional Standard for Principals and the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers. She is a Life Member of the NSW Primary Principals Association (NSWPPA) and has a strong belief in school based professional learning programs to drive school improvement.

She has led schools in varied socio - economic settings and since 2014 has led networked professional learning communities; @COSLead, including Wingara Leading for Impact and @iroundsnsw.

Annette created and hosts #COSLead twitter chats on a regular basis providing an online collaborative platform for teachers and leaders to grow professional learning networks, connect and share ideas.
